Terms & Conditions – Inspect2Roof
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Inspect2Roof website and the purchase of our pre-qualified roof inspection appointments and affiliate program. Please read them carefully before buying or referring.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, purchasing an inspection package, or joining our affiliate program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Inspect2Roof. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Our Services
Inspect2Roof sells pre-qualified roof inspection appointments to roofing contractors and public adjusters. We identify homeowners, screen them against the qualifying criteria described below, and schedule an appointment for you at the property. We are an appointment-setting and lead qualification service only. We do not perform roof inspections or roofing work, we do not adjust or file insurance claims, and we do not provide construction, insurance, or legal advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate as a roofing contractor, public adjuster, or related professional in the state where the appointments are delivered. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining every license, registration, bond, and insurance policy required by law for the work you perform.
4. Packages, Pricing & Payment
Appointments are sold in packages, and the minimum purchase is 10 appointments. Full payment is required in advance before delivery of appointments begins. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor; we never store your full card information. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change our pricing at any time, but changes never affect a package you have already paid for.
5. Qualification Criteria
An appointment is considered qualified when the roof is 4 years old or older; the roof type is one we service (asphalt shingle, tile, flat, and similar); the homeowner has insurance or the ability to pay directly; the property is located in a ZIP code or city you selected; the homeowner has not signed a contract with another company; and a time has been scheduled with the homeowner, who is expected to be present for the visit.
6. Appointment Delivery & Exclusivity
Each appointment is delivered exclusively to the Client who purchased it and is never sold or shared with another company. For every appointment you receive the information gathered during screening: who we spoke with, the address, phone number, roof age and type, number of stories, whether it is a single-family home, insurance status, contract status, and the scheduled date, time, and notes.
7. Credit & Rescheduling Policy
An appointment will be credited or rescheduled at no additional charge if the homeowner is not at home, does not allow the inspection, or does not meet the qualifying criteria. Appointments canceled because of weather will be rescheduled as long as you notify us in advance. Credits are issued as replacement appointments applied to your account; they are not paid out in cash.
8. No Guarantee of Damage or Results
We do not guarantee that any roof will have storm damage, that an insurance claim will be approved, or that any appointment will result in a signed contract or revenue. We concentrate our outreach in areas with a history of storm activity, which makes damage likely but never certain. Appointments that meet the qualifying criteria are billable whether or not damage is found and whether or not you close the sale. Any statistics, conversion rates, or testimonials shown on this website are examples of what is possible, not a promise of your results.
9. Client Responsibilities
You agree to attend every scheduled appointment on time and to treat each homeowner we introduce you to professionally and honestly. You are fully responsible for your own quotes, contracts, workmanship, warranties, and for any statement you make to a homeowner about insurance coverage or claims. You may not make promises on our behalf that we have not authorized in writing.
10. Use of Homeowner Information
Homeowner information is provided for the sole purpose of contacting and inspecting that specific property. You may not resell it, share it with other companies, redistribute it, or upload it to any third-party marketing platform or lead exchange. You must store it securely and comply with all applicable privacy, telemarketing, and Do-Not-Call regulations, including the TCPA, when contacting homeowners. Misuse of homeowner data is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
11. Refunds & Cancellations
Because each appointment is generated and scheduled specifically for you, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. The credit and rescheduling policy described in Section 7 is your sole remedy for an appointment that does not meet the criteria. Unused appointments remain available for 12 months from the date of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.
12. Communications Consent
When you submit a form or give us your phone number or email address, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Inspect2Roof about your account, your appointments, and our offers. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop promotional texts by replying STOP, or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; service messages about active appointments may continue.
13. Affiliate Program
Participation in our affiliate program is subject to these Terms and to the rules published on our Affiliate Program page. Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Inspect2Roof, and may not present themselves as such. Commissions are earned only on referrals that result in a completed and fully paid purchase, and are paid after the referred client’s payment clears. Self-referrals, misleading claims, spam, and unauthorized use of our brand are prohibited and forfeit any unpaid commissions. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the program with prior notice.
14. Intellectual Property
The Inspect2Roof name, logo, website content, guides, scripts, training material, and systems are our property and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Materials included with a package are licensed to you for internal use inside your own business only. You may not copy, resell, publish, or distribute them without our written permission.
15. Third-Party Services
Our website links to and depends on third-party services such as payment processing, CRM and dashboard platforms, and messaging tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, pricing, or actions.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information given to us by a homeowner during screening is complete or accurate.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspect2Roof and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the package that gave rise to the claim.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inspect2Roof from any claim, damage, penalty, or cost (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of our services, your contact with homeowners, the work you perform, statements you make about insurance claims, or your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law.
19. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse homeowner information, harm our reputation, or fail to pay. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including payment, liability, indemnification, and governing law — remain in effect.
20. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any action, both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and both parties consent to that venue.
21. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written order or agreement you sign with us, are the entire agreement between us and replace any prior discussions or representations.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of our website or purchase of our services after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
